Come on now let's be fair!
It’s weird because before knowing a lot about steroids I was completely against it, but after watching that video and reading the articles I’m not AS against it as I use to be. Lets be honest, yes it is not fair that some athletes resort to performance enhancing drugs because it keeps them ahead of the game illegally, but how bout all the other men who have been using it “responsibly” and have seen absolutely ZERO side effects from it? If you ask me, forty years of steroids without any side effects at all seems pretty legit. I absolutely don’t agree with professional athletes or high school athletes using the drugs unless there was a strict rule implementing that everyone would be allowed to use only a certain amount of steroids and that’s that’s. Ideologically that will never happen; someone is bound to break that rule, its human nature. There is no difference between professional athletes using the drug and high school athletes using it as well. After all, how did our professional athletes start their career? If not all of them then most of them started in high school and were either drafted into the NFL/NBA and etcetera or worked their way to it. Different steroid use standards for different sports are absurd because we all know that there will be cheating and misleading. The video fails to address any long term studies done on people who use steroids and the side effects. Most of the instances they provided were positive effects. Ultimately any none athlete would know how to use steroids responsibly, but other than that it is just not fair to professional athletes and high school athletes.

I was compelled that you mentioned that you wern't AS against steriod use after you viewed this video. This goes to show how much of an effect Pathos, Logos, and Ethos has on people.
